What’s included in each picnic package?

Each picnic comes with a thoughtfully styled table setup, soft rugs and cushions for seating, and elegant place settings. Complimentary fresh water can be added to any package under the “Add-On’s” section of the booking form.

Our Just Us table is the only one that includes food in the price listed. All other tables can have charcuterie boards added at booking.

Setup and teardown are all handled by us — you just show up and enjoy.

Do any packages include food?

Yes! Our Just Us package includes a mini charcuterie board with meat, cheese, and crackers— just enough for a light bite for two.

If you’re looking for something more substantial or sharable, you can add one of our full charcuterie boards when booking. These include a broader selection of cheeses, fruit, nuts, and more.

Prefer to bring your own snacks or a full picnic spread? That’s totally fine too! You’re always welcome to bring whatever food and drinks you love.

Where do you set up picnics?

We offer several beautiful public locations within Dane County or we can even set up in your backyard— great for people who want privacy or are hosting at home (birthday, shower, etc.).

If you have a favorite park or outdoor spot in mind, let us know and we’ll confirm if we can set up there.
Permits and rules vary by location, so we always double-check ahead of time.

How far do you travel?

Our base travel area covers about 20 miles from Madison, WI. If your preferred location is farther, we’ll let you know about any small additional fees— DeForest/Sun Prairie area included with no additional charge.

What’s your cancellation policy?

All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens! If something comes up, you can reschedule your picnic once for a future date, as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
